About Us
My Father's Business is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to finding great homes for underdogs.
At My Father's Business Pet Rescue, we take in mainly smaller dogs that are on the euthanasia lists in California and South Carolina. These dogs come from high-kill shelters that are over-burdened with too many very adoptable pets. We get them out, get them healthy, and get them adopted into loving homes.

This rescue continues to save lives due to the collaborative effort of volunteers, fosters, transporters, boarders, veterinarians, groomers, kennel techs, benefactors, administrators, and coordinators. Each one is an invaluable piece of the puzzle that makes the magic of pet rescue possible and we are so grateful to each and every one of you who gives of your time, your assets, your skills, your home, and your hearts.

Home Check
Our team will conduct a home visit to ensure a safe environment for the pet. This step is crucial for the well-being of the animal.
Finalize Adoption
Complete the adoption paperwork and take your new furry friend home. Our team provides guidance and support post-adoption.
